Sara L. Cobb was born in Palo Alto, California and moved to Oregon in 1978. Sara attended Consumnes River College in California and Lane Community College in Oregon pursuing legal secretary courses and took legal assistant courses at Portland Community College while working in the legal field and raising her daughter. She has 23 years experience in bankruptcy law and commercial collections litigation. She has worked for attorneys for debtors, as well as a bankruptcy trustee attorney. She also has 8 years of experience in domestic relations law, personal injury and business litigation. Sara became a Certified Bankruptcy Assistant in 2006.
