Carol Hoecker was born in Southern California and moved to Oregon in 1977. She has worked in the legal field since 1979. She has worked primarily in the bankruptcy field since 1993 for both debtor and creditor attorneys as well as the Chapter 13 Trustee's office. She has been with Vanden Bos & Chapman since 2001. She is knowledgeable with every aspect of bankruptcy from the preparation of Chapter 7 and 13 petitions through discharge. Her primary focus in this office is with Chapter 13 cases. Carol became a Certified Bankruptcy Assistant in 2006.
