The Bankruptcy Reform Act of 2005 may require Vanden Bos & Chapman, LLP to include the following language on this website: "We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for relief under the Bankruptcy Code." However, at least one Court has entered an Order determining that attorneys are not within the Bankruptcy Codes definition of a "debt relief agency" and therefore attorneys (such as Vanden Bos & Chapman, LLP) do not need and should not disclose that they are a "debt relief agency".
